If you would like to make a payment using a debit or credit card, please click on the “Pay Now” link below. You will be redirected to our secure Authorize.net checkout. In the Invoice field, please write your street number, your apartment number, then your last name. For example: 853.2 Smith
ATTENTION: Effective January 1, 2026 credit card payments through Authorize.net will no longer be free and a charge of 2.25% will be added to each payment made by that method.
ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: ACH/Echeck payments through your tenant portal, paper checks or money orders, and cash payments made in person remain free to you. Debit card payments through the tenant portal have a flat fee of $9.99, and credit cards a fee of 2.99%
